The research unit at IBS had performed a systematic and analytical studies for the member banks in different fields: finance, credit, marketing, investment, management, organization, economy, human resources development, electronic banks, etc

Ninety research studies have been released, few examples include:

The Information Technology (IT)

Stemming from the acting director of IBS, Mr Adel Sultan and his belief in the need to utilize the potential tools provided by IT to provide more efficient, faster and effective services to our clients, the Information Technology Team has taken the services provided by IBS to its staff and clients to a new level. By implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution from Microsoft (Microsoft Dynamics), an integrated environment was created allowing an efficient flow and access to information and real time data, hence creating an efficient environment to provide better services to IBS clients. The IT team has also ensured that Internet technology was effectively utilized both internally to IBS staff and externally to IBS clients. While this in mind, the IT team deployed a fully integrated solution that allows full customer online access to all programs and courses offered by IBS via which clients can nominate and register their trainees. At the same time IBS staff achieved great benefits by the implementation of the IBS Share Point  Portal which allows a centralized secured access to all data locally at IBS and online from anywhere in the world hence providing an "Any Time, Any Where" environment.
