PROFESSIONAL
EDUCATION UNIT
The Government's call to increase the number of Kuwaitis in the private sector
is bringing about fundamental changes in the human resources structure of the
banking community. The IBS reflects this change, as it focuses on preparing
bank staff for careers in finance.
The Professional Education Unit offers long-term professional development to
those who wish to follow a career in banking. In total, a number of programs
are available, under the following arrangements:
