The Institute's professional activities are planned, designed and managed by a core team of highly qualified professionals.

IBS has a team of full-time senior professionals who undertake the responsibility for the educational, training, research and consulting activities. They are assisted by a team of well-qualified professional assistants.

The Institute functions under the patronage of the Central Bank of Kuwait and is governed by a Board of Directors under the chairmanship of the Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait. The IBS Board comprises the Chairman, Managing Directors or Chief General Managers of the member banks.
