IBS Board of Directors

The IBS Board of Directors is formed in accordance with the Amiri Decree that established the Institute. The Decree stipulates that the Chairman of the Board should be the Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait and IBS member banks should be represented in the Board by their Chairpersons, Managing Directors or Chief Executive Officers/General Managers. According to the Decree, the Board should also have a member from Kuwait University nominated by KU Board.
