Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) from HR Certification Institute
The PHR® and SPHR® are credentials issued by the US-based, internationally-recognized HR Certification Institute. These credentials provide a solid proof that the professionals who hold the credential are committed to higher standards. IBS is the exclusive provider for the HRCP Program in Kuwait. This is a leading international PHR® and SPHR® exam prep publisher. The HRCP study materials are based on the HR body of knowledge used by the HR Certification Institute in preparing the PHR® and SPHR® certification exams. The HRCP Program covers the six functional areas tested on the exams.
