· Specialist programs that address a variety of language learning needs. These are short duration courses that develop a wide variety of specific language skills. Examples of the IBS current offerings include: English Conversation Skills, English for Business Etiquette, English for Human Resources, English Commercial Correspondence, English Report Writing, English for Negotiating, English for Call Centre Staff, English for Investment, English for Business Meetings, English for Reading the Financial Press, English for Legal Staff, English for Auditors and English for International Trade.
