IBS Delivery Options

Public Programs

Clients can nominate staff for IBS public courses. These courses are open to all IBS member and non-member organizations, with priority given to members and on first come first serve base.

Closed Programs

Clients may choose to train their staff through closed courses that IBS conducts exclusively for the client. Closed courses can be selected from the IBS public schedule, with or without customization, or may be specifically designed to meet the client’s needs.

Grand Projects

These projects involve large numbers of trainees and may include training need assessment, training planning, delivery and testing. Successful organization of such projects requires expertise in course planning and training delivery as well as elaborate operational planning and simultaneously managing multiple trainee groups. IBS has the facilities and the required expertise and has provided this service for member banks and government clients such as the Manpower and Government Restructuring Program.
