FACILITIES

The Institute occupies a nine-storey building located in the heart of the business area in Kuwait City. The facilities available consist of the following:

Library:

The IBS Library exists to support the Training, Professional Education and Research needs of both the IBS and the Banking industry. The Library has the most complete reference and information service for the banking and finance profession in Kuwait. For more details, click here........

Classroom:

The IBS has 12 lecture rooms with a total capacity of 300 students. Each of these rooms is equipped with up-to-date modern audio-video aids.

Training Halls:

There are 5 training halls with a total capacity of 70 trainees. These halls are also equipped with necessary audio-visual aids.

Computer Facilities:

The Institute is well equipped with advanced computer facilities, used for providing highly sophisticated research and consultancy services and also for supporting all training and educational programs. The computer installations consist of LAN, computer laboratories, which are equipped with personal computers, large data projection screens, and personal computers, installed at various offices in the Institute for administrative use.

Dealing Room:

This Room is especially designed to simulate the Dealing Room environment for training and educational activities. It is equipped with personal computers and  a data projector.

Language Laboratories:

There are two well-equipped language laboratories with a capacity to accommodate 45 students. These laboratories are used for the English Language Programs.

Audio-Visual Section:

This section supports the training and educational programs with necessary video and recording facilities.

Cafeteria:

There are two cafeterias where beverages, snacks and lunches are usually served during training programs: one with a panoramic view of Kuwait City located on the top floor of the Institute and the other one on the 2nd floor.
