ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING

The ability to communicate in English is crucial to the business world. The effect of globalization, and increased competition, is making the need for English proficiency more crucial than ever. The IBS offers more than twenty-five learning programs aimed at equipping trainees with the English language skills needed for their work.

	English for Bankers: Core Program (6 levels) :
	The EBP core program takes trainees from a beginner to an advanced level of English language proficiency. There are six phases/levels offered. A trainee will join the phase most suitable for his level, after being assessed by our Placement Test.   Trainees join a group of participants and embark on a journey of highly motivating and blended language learning program lasting for 13 weeks. Our team of professional trainers will help trainees through developing their language skills while using a variety of the most up-to-date methods and techniques.   Our programs use the latest approaches in the field of business English learning. Particular attention is given to developing the four language skills of listening, reading, speaking and writing in a business context. Our program will enhance both the English Language skills and business related skills.

	Specialist programs:
	Aimed at staff members who already have at least an intermediate level of English, but wish to acquire skills and language for more specific purposes.

	Modern Office Management Programs:
	The aim of introducing MOMP is to provide administrative staff with the latest tehnological advances and state-of-the-art techniques in the field of office practice.

We are currently implementing a modern learning methodology that focuses on the learner and the learning outcome. The MOMP offers blended type of learning where class work, lab work, and e-learning present an environment where learners are totally immersed in the use of English.

	External International Accredited Examination: BEC
	The Business English Certificates (BEC) are internationally recognized qualifications that show employers your skills for using English in the workplace. BEC is an ideal English language exam if you are preparing for a career in business. There are three different levels of BEC: BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage and BEC Higher.
