	To enhance comprehension of investment related articles, reports, interviews, etc.
	To practice face-to-face and telephone interaction with the public and clients on investment-based matters

	The terminology of the different kinds of investment dealt with by banks, and associated language
	Equities
	Bonds
	Forex
	Derivatives
	Commodities

METHODS

	Study of authentic reading matter on investment in general and particular kinds of investment
	Gap-filling, matching terms and definitions, word-building, use of terms in context
	Comprehension exercises on reading matter
	Simulation of interactions with clients

TARGET AUDIENCE
Bank employees who deal with investment matters as part of their everyday work.

ASSESSMENT & DURATION
Attendance of 80% is required for award of the certificate.
