This service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all the Institute of Baking Studies Member banks' staff from any computer in the world via our dedicated site www.ibselearning.com.

There are more than 255 courses available covering the whole range of banking activities with no restriction on usage. The service is designed to be user friendly and the courses are carefully designed to take trainees through the requisite learning step in easy stages.

	Step 1 Choose Course Choose which training courses you wish to undertake either by discussion with your Bank's Human Resources/Training Department or by logging on to www.ibselearning.com . This will list all the courses available and by clicking on the course name a brief description of the course will be provided.
	Step 2 Contact IBS Request your Bank's Human Resources/Training Department to contact the Institute of Banking Studies to make the necessary arrangements.
	Step 3 Study Courses The IBS will provide you with the following: User name (your name) Password (for security purposes) And a time limit (during which the courses may be studied as many times as you wish)   Once this notification is received simply log on to: www.ibselearning.com and start "investing in yourself".
