Senior Trainer

Requirements: M.A. (full-time) in Applied Linguistics, TEFL, TESOL, or related field, from an accredited university and at least 5 years post-M.A. experience.

The IBS, in affiliation with the Central Bank of Kuwait, is a leading training institution, and a provider of high quality courses to Kuwait bank employees. The English Language Unit offers programs in general professional English, banking English and English business communication skills.

This is an opportunity for an adaptable ESP/ELT specialist to assist in the co-ordination and administration of our core ELT and specialist communication skills programs and ELT testing service, as a senior member of the English Language Unit.

Tasks will include creating, up-dating and maintaining program materials, tests, and liaising with an accreditation body. The post holder will be expected to play a leading role in the implementation of a blend of computer-and web-based learning processes and classroom courses. The incumbent will share the teaching and training load.
