INTRODUCTION
Today's banking industry is exceptionally
dynamic. It is faced with significant and complex challenges, on account
of several domestic and international trends, techno-economic impacts,
socio-political and regulatory factors. The IBS has aligned its Mission to
serve the banking and financial sectors in Kuwait so that it can contribute
effectively in enhancing their decision making processes and support them in
meeting their goals through providing highly professional training,
educational, research and consultancy services to their main asset: People.

Our vision is to be one of the leading
internationally renowned organization in the area of human
resources training and development by providing specialized banking and
financial training, professional education, language programs as well as
research and consultancy services.
IBS MISSION
The mission of IBS is to upgrade the quality of human resources through a
diversified range of training, educational, and language programs as well as
research and consultancy services; using state-of-the-art technology in
order to support the banking sector in particular and the financial
sector in general in Kuwait to keep abreast of the rapidly developing and
changing regional and international banking and financial practices.
